There's a yoga studio on just about every corner these days. The trick is finding the right one for you. There are spa studios, boutique studios, hybrid studios and lots of up-selling. That ain't us.
We focus on the yoga. We specialize in how to teach it and our idea is for you to have the best class possible, the class that you need, by letting the yoga work the way that it can.
We've always held firm to our commitment to keeping the class quality high and the prices low. We're the only studio that doesn't let your classes expire and offers a 20 minute rule so that you're never late. We love yoga and we want you to love it too.

How to use our studios:
Our goal is to teach great classes, and that begins as soon as you start thinking about the class you want to take.
We make our schedule to fit your best times. But, we also understand that we live in the biggest city in the South, and we have a 20 minute rule so that you don't stress if you are a few minutes behind. 20 minutes after class begins, the instructor will check the door for anyone that needs to get in. All we ask is that you do this as quietly as possible!
Etiquette here is easy - be nice to everyone and keep things on the relaxed side. Whisper before classes, no talking (and no phones) during classes, and treat folks well. That's about it.
If you are sick, we ask that you do not come to the studio. That's just basic courtesy.
Dress for a workout in the heat! Ladies dig yoga pants and shorts with sports tops. The fellas do well in compression shorts with shell shorts and sports shirts.
We don't have lockers so please don't bring valuables with you to class. We are a yoga studio, but we live in a major city in 2016 and it is what it is. Please HIDE your things in your trunk or a place in your car where no one can see them. Please, please don't leave your laptop on your front seat in full view.
Last, we don't allow anyone to wait in the lobby for you during class. This is especially true for kids - they'll get bored and hot, and it's not fair to them.
Other than that, just be well hydrated, bring your water, mat and towel, and get ready to sweat! If you have any injuries or medical conditions, let the instructor know so that we can help you with modified poses.
