* How many classes do you have left? You can login to your account anytime to find out how many classes you have left, how many you have taken and your purchase history! CLICK HERE TO LOGIN! If some account info seems to be missing, it has probably been archived and we can help to bring it back up, no worries!
* Groupon info! To redeem your Groupon, please come to the studio during class times as we cannot take reservations! Our software is not lined to Groupon, so please redeem your Groupon on your phone and we''' take care of everything!
* Do Groupons expire? We are famous for our ultra-amazing lack of expiration policies! However, due to the ridiculous amount of fraud that now takes place, we have had to protect our studio by making it a firm rule that you redeem your Groupon on your phone. Once this is done, we have no problem extending your classes so that you can use them. Sadly, we can't accept printed vouchers after their expiration date.
* Reservations are not required! They are a convenience only, unless you are on a specific program, so you can always just drop in.
* Responses to emails: Sometimes we do respond, but it doesn't reach you because of spam filters from one of our ISP's - just text us at the number above and we'll take care of it!
* Cancel Auto-Bill account: Please email with CANCEL in the subject line and we'll confirm. We have a 60 Day policy, so there will be 3 additional charges (we make it as reasonable as possible - we don't ask for a year, but we do have to keep from being taken advantage of!) and you are good to practice that entire time!
