Rules & Policies
* All classes (1, 10, 20) good for 1 year from date of purchase. Extenuating circumstances that require an extension will of course be considered (pregnancy, crazy job demands, injuries, etc.) so please email us to let us know!
*Memberships renew on the same day each month. To cancel, just give us enough time to process (3 business days) before your next charge date.
* Cancellation of previous Auto-Month & Auto Mini MUST BE MADE BY EMAIL WITH "CANCEL AUTOBILL" IN THE SUBJECT LINE and requires 60 days notice (2 additional charges). A confirmation email will be returned - if you do not receive one, please do not assume we received the cancellation! There are many examples of filters that block emails or accounts that did not send emails for multiple reasons. No phone messages or requests to instructors can be made.
* We don't offer refunds, plain and simple. Truth is that fraud has become such a problem that the banks suggest an extremely clear policy. We wish it could be different, but it is what it is. Please only buy our classes because you know that you love our studio and want to use them!
*Groupon purchases MUST be presented and redeemed on your phone! Seriously, it's the only reasonable way to prevent tricksters from printing off an old deal and using it again (we don't have time to check the Groupon database before each class).
