Thursday, June 9th, will be our last day of classes at our Miami Circle studio! We will re-open shortly after that, the exact date to be released as soon as we have all of our permitting done and the license in hand!
It's been a great, great studio. But, the parking situation has been brutal and one night last winter, 15 of our clients we're booted during 1 class in various lots, including ours. Our fights with the neighbors, the bowling alley and antique mafia just couldn't go on and we started scrambling to find another place that we could call home. That turned out to be quite a search. We really had to get down to the essence of who we are and what we do to be able to get the right kind of space! We need texture, like the amazing floors we've practiced on for these past 6 years. We need the right kind of vibe - not a busy strip mall or next to a major road. And we needed to stay in the neighborhood, but to avoid all of the construction that makes it so hard to get around! And, we needed parking. The good news is, we found the place. It's smack-dab in the center of Buckhead, near Whole Foods and Souper Jenny's old spot. It'll be a little different. We're going back down to one room instead of two. But, the one room is huge and the schedule times are still almost exactly the same. It'll be a lot the same. You'll know where you are the second you walk in the door, and there just is no comparison to our heat. A lot of folks have monthly auto-debit packages and we will, of course, pro-rate any days missed between studios, so no worries. The rest of the transition should be smooth. We'll provide maps and directions, and it's really great because it's mostly off of the major roads and easy to get to one place from the other. We'll be posting a lot over the next days, so stay tuned!
